I was just about to say "I make these and...Ha! I was just about to say "I make these and love them," and it looks like I'm not the only one! My recipe calls for white sugar instead of brown. I might have to try the brown. Also, we like to sprinkle toppings on the chocolate such as chopped nuts, coconut, mini-M&Ms etc... We call it chocolate crack. However, I add 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the butter/sugar misture after it has boiled (taking it off the heat first). Also, it doesn't require being put into the freezer when finished.
